We are a tenants' association organized by the tenants and for the tenants of Hilliard Station Apartments. We function independent of Birge & Held Asset Management and the Hilliard Station Apartments management team. The purpose of this association is to contribute to a stronger community where its residents may effect change, have peaceful enjoyment of their home and thrive.
